The world's tallest man

According to Guinness World Records the tallest man in history was Robert Pershing Wadlow. <
Robert was born in Alton, Illinois, USA, February 22, 1918, and in his last measurement that was recorded on June 27, 1940, the measure was 2.72m (8 feet 11.1 inches) high!
Wadlow died on July 15, 1940 at a hotel in Manistee, Michigan, because of a septic blister on his right ankle caused by a brace that had been poorly fitted only a week before his death.
He was buried in Oakwood Cemetery, Alton, and the coffin that used for measured body, 3.28m long, 81 inches wide and 76 inches deep
The largest recorded weight was 222.71 kg Wadlow at 21 years and at the time of his death 199 kg weight.
The impressive size of his hands was 32.4 inches, measured from the wrist to the tip of middle finger. The extension of his arms was 2.88 meters! and its highest peak daily food consumption was 8000 calories.
